Our story began long before Premier Mini Highland Cows had a name. It started with a quiet piece of land, a small family with big dreams, and our very first Highland calf — a fluffy little sweetheart that instantly stole our hearts. What we thought would be a simple addition to our homestead quickly became the beginning of a lifelong passion.

We fell in love with their gentle eyes, playful personalities, and the peaceful joy they brought to our daily lives. Friends and neighbors felt the same, and before long, we realized our calling wasn’t just to raise cattle — it was to share this joy with others.
